SALT

SALT: We have had the distinct honor of working with Chef Carla Hall on numerous occasions, including a collaboration between her and the renowned Jacques Pepin, but we particularly loved working with Carla on SALT, which she co-Directed. The piece is an ode to her favorite seasoning, captured preparing a steak, elevating the flavor in a pot of boiling water, or adding depth to a rich brownie batter. Carla brought her heart into every step of the process; our final piece is a true testament to how she “cooks with love”!
